Bellarmine Hall

Built-in 2017, Bellarmine Hall was developed as a partnership between Newman and the Diocese of St. Petersburg. Located right across the street from the University of South Florida, Bellarmine currently houses 204 students and is approximately 70,000 sq ft.

Frassati Newman Hall

Built-in 2015 and located right around the corner from the University of North Florida, Frassati Hall currently houses 204 students and is approximately 70,000 sq ft.

Mary Star of the Sea Newman Hall

Built-in 2013, Mary Star of the Sea was our very first project. Located right across the street from the Florida Institute of Technology.

Project Details

Mary Star of the Sea Newman Hall is a modern church building with a red and beige exterior, featuring a covered entrance and a cross on the roof.

St. Thomas Aquinas Newman Hall

In a historic land swap agreement between Texas A&M University and the Diocese of Corpus Christi, STA Newman Hall was constructed in a great location on land once owned by the University.

Troy Newman Hall

In partnership with the Troy University, Newman Hall was constructed in 2013. Located on land right across the street from the University, Newman Hall houses 376 students and is approximately 52,000 sq ft.

Project Details

Troy Newman Hall is a three-story brick and white building with a manicured lawn in front, under a cloudy sky.
